Situated beside the Mesoamerican ball court... the guest were greeted by two Aztec ...who preformed a Aztec danced, and smudged each guest before the dinner began. A five course meal was served, cooked on a genuine stove from the area. The courses were prepared by 4 chefs, from Zihua, Ixtapa, and Mexico City. Too complicated to explain each dish,,, but there were grasshoppers, venison, goat....with a mole to die for, lamb, and finished off with a chocolate, mango dessert....all accomplained with fine wines and excellent Mezcal.
